Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and, where applicable, in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible at supportlunea.se@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the situation and help resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
For hygiene and personal care products, the right of withdrawal may cease if the product has been unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health-protection reasons.
Custom-made or personalised products may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
We do not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or otherwise returned in a condition that does not comply with the applicable return requirements.

Sale items
Sale and discounted items are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as other products. Any additional voluntary return policy offered by us will be stated separately.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the simplest option is generally to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning an item under the voluntary 30-day return policy.
